TRAMPOLINE
CLASS OPTIONS:

PRE TEAM

1-hour class per week. Level: Beginner. Focus on basic trampoline and double mini skills, with routines prepared for competitions.

TEAM 1

2¼ hours per week. Levels: Novice and Intermediate. Focus on routine passes with 2-3 somis, including Fronts (tucks & pikes), Backs (tucks & layouts), and Baranies. Double Mini: Novice (3 passes), Intermediate (3 passes)

TEAM 2

2½ hours per week. Levels: Sub-Advanced, Advanced, & Elite. Focus on routine passes with multiple somis, twisting front and back, and double skills. Athletes progress from Sub-Advanced and Advanced to qualify as Elite.
