RECREATIONAL CHEERLEADING

This 1-hour class is for boys and girls ages 3 and up, focusing on cheerleading techniques, stunts, jumps, and tumbling. In Recreational Cheerleading, kids learn basic cheers and stunts, with trampoline used to practice jumps and flips.

COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADING

Cheerleading is one of the fastest-growing sports, recently recognized as a provisional Olympic event. It requires skilled athleticism, combining tumbling, dance, and stunts. Cheer develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and stamina. With teams for ages 3-18, from beginners to advanced athletes, there’s a place for everyone—no experience needed!

PERFORMANCE CHEER

This team is the perfect introduction to the All-Star Cheer Program. Running from September to May, it’s open to athletes ages 5-18. Practices are held once a week for one hour. Athletes will perform at 2 local events and compete in 2 competitions. A uniform, AAU card, and competition fees are required.

ALL STAR
CHEER

Our All-Star Cheerleading program is open to athletes ages 5-18 and runs year-round with required classes. Tryouts are held in May, with a choreography camp in September. Athletes will compete in 5-6 competitions. A uniform, AAU card, and competition fees are required.
